Plumb Memorial Library and Rochester Summer Reading Program 2025

Starting June 12, join us for a summer of free, family-friendly fun!
Plumb Memorial Library Program Dates:  June 12 - August 3
Rochester Memorial School Program Dates:  June 12 - August 26

For Plumb Memorial Library:                                     

• Sign up at www.plumblibrary.com for the children’s (ages 3-12), teen, or adult program.   Online registration opens June 11.
• Read, attend special events, and complete library activities as your schedule permits.
• Earn prizes!
• Most special events require online registration on the Library's Events Calendar. ​
• Track your progress on a log available at Plumb Library starting June 11. Turn in a completed log by August 2 to be invited to an ice cream party at Captain Bonney’s.
• Share your progress with Plumb Memorial Library to build our StickTogether mosaic.
• Stop by Plumb Memorial Library for a wide variety of titles and genres.

For Rochester Memorial School:

• Rochester Memorial School’s summer reading expectation is that all students, grades PreK - 6, read 30 minutes every day.
• Submit your RMS Reading Log to your classroom teacher during the first week of school.​

For Plumb Library and RMS Combined Program:

• Attend events and log with Plumb: June 11 - August 2
• Then use RMS log: August 3 - August 26
